KeyLockr is an end-to-end encrypted password manager. By providing your phone number during account registration and giving explicit consent, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages including:
SMS messages are only sent when you initiate an action (e.g., login, device authorization, account recovery). During registration, you enter your phone number and check a consent checkbox agreeing to receive SMS verification codes. No messages are sent without your explicit consent.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically 1-5 messages per month). We do not send marketing messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your phone number is used solely for sending verification codes and security alerts. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
These SMS Terms of Service are part of, and incorporated into, KeyLockr's Terms of Service , and are governed by it. Section 7 (Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration) of that Terms of Service — including informal resolution, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), a class action waiver, a jury trial waiver, and governing law of the State of New York, USA with an arbitration seat in Orange County, New York — applies equally to any dispute arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms of Service.
